Schedule
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you. Our clients operate primarily during weekdays and daytime hours, but we understand that you may have different needs. You will have the opportunity to set your own schedule, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life.
Earnings & Revenue
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will earn a competitive rate of $12 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives will be available based on client and performance metrics. - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed: This will ensure seamless connectivity and minimize dropped calls.
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: This will protect your computer and our client systems from malware and viruses.
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication into client and Omni systems: This will allow you to access client systems and communicate with customers.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system: This is the recommended operating system for our contractors.
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure that you can work effectively and efficiently, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:

Contractual Relationship
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
