Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry & Virtual Assistant – Image-to-Text Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our document processing team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert image-based documents into editable text using MS Word or Google Docs. This is a straightforward copy typing role that requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. You'll work independently, but as part of a larger team, to deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

* Convert scanned images or handwritten notes into text documents using MS Word or Google Docs

• Ensure proper formatting and clean presentation in DOC files
• Perform basic virtual assistant duties as needed (e.g., organizing files, renaming documents)
• Deliver error-free and well-structured typed content
• Collaborate with the document processing team to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results
