  • Documenting interactions accurately in company systems, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service quality, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Maintaining knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and features

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems, including CRM software and other tools
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Availability to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
