Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
- Demonstrating abilities in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information to resolve issues efficiently.
- Determining solutions independently, thinking creatively, and implementing rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze complex customer issues, using multiple sources of information to determine solutions.
