The Opportunity
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, providing virtual customer service to our clients across a variety of industries. You'll be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls, creatively problem-solving, and providing a high-level of customer service. Our clients look for Independent Contractors who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thinking critically, and empathizing with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solve to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
- Provide a high-level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Document details of all calls and customer interactions
- Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with multiple systems and programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- The background/credit check requires a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor
- View our background and credit check requirements here
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Availability
As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn higher pay for increased availability.
