What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
- Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
- High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

- A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once you're licensed
