Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions

Schedule and Flexibility
As a remote work from home contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Our clients operate primarily during weekdays and daytime hours, but you'll have the autonomy to choose your work hours within these parameters. This means you can balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional customer support to our clients.
Earnings and Revenue
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics. As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working on your own schedule.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
