We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding our high standards of service excellence. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand within our consumer lending portfolio. Following the completion of training, you'll manage inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and providing service while delivering high-quality support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications and skills will be beneficial in this role:
  • Previous experience in a financial services or consumer lending environment
  • Knowledge of consumer credit laws and regulations
  • Experience with payment processing and account management systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Shifts Available: We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences:
  • Mon, Thurs-Sun 9:00am-5:30pm (off Tue-Wed)
  • Mon-Wed, Sat-Sun 9:00am-5:30pm (off Thu-Fri)
  • Mon-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm
  • Tues-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Tues-Fri 9:45am-6:30pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
