Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients via phone, email, or fax. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or fax, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately inputting information into our CRM database, maintaining customer and prospect information, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintaining an order batch, processing orders, and following up with customers to ensure that their orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Verifying items and customer information entered accurately, and following up on pending payments and processing payments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to our customers

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience
  • To be computer literate with above-average data entry skills
  • Previous knowledge of Great Plains (GP) is a plus
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple programs and reading and comprehending various customer care service tools
