Key Responsibilities
As a Back Office Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting data into our database systems, ensuring high attention to detail and consistency.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitoring data for discrepancies, reporting any errors and initiating corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Performing routine data entry tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
- Assisting in generating reports and providing insights as required by management, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Providing administrative support to various teams, ensuring data accuracy and smooth back-office operations.
- Managing and updating customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Collaborating with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of data management and entry procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy, utilizing your keyboard skills to efficiently complete data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods, ensuring accuracy and precision in all data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
