Job Summary
As a ServiceNow QA Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our customer's ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, leveraging your expertise in testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices. With a strong understanding of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and a proven track record of success, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks
- Collaborating with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identifying and reporting defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues
- Providing regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testing best practices
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and methodologies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, or Corp-Corp rates. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off, you'll also have access to a range of perks and benefits, including:
