Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Home-Based Customer Product Support Specialists to work from home nationwide in the US. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work 15-25 hours per week, depending on the project requirements. Our hourly pay rate ranges from $25 to $45 per hour, depending on the project. You'll have the opportunity to work on various product testing projects, providing valuable feedback to top brands and market research firms.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Customer Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
* Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) for some projects
