The Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, assisting clients in understanding insurance benefit options and policy updates, maintaining accurate and organized client records, and working independently to contribute to overall team goals.

Qualifications
