Key Responsibilities As a Work from Home Customer Service Fraud Investigator, you'll be responsible for: * Investigating potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from our fraud detection system * Analyzing account history, including payment and transaction history, to identify potential issues * Contacting customers to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges * Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation * Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues * Assisting with the completion of the lost/stolen report, including block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity * Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months * Ability to complete a background check, including a criminal check, drug screen, credit check (less than $5k in collection not counting medical), verification of education, and verification of past employment (going back ten years) * Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends * Ability to be on camera at all times * A minimum 50mbps download speed and 15mbps upload speed via Ethernet cable connection Preferred Qualifications * Previous work experience in a fraud, banking, and/or dispatch-related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Desired Skills and Capabilities * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision Compensation and Benefits As a Work from Home Customer Service Fraud Investigator, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care, EAP programs, paid time off, recognition programs, retirement and investment options, charitable gift matching programs, and worldwide days of service.
