Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Online Chat Support Representatives to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our digital marketing and sales team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, converting them into paying clients, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach

Compensation and Benefits
