Position Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote/Office Client/Customer Scheduler. This role will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients and managing the scheduling process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with clients and assess their scheduling needs via phone, email, or online chat
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules for therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client information and scheduling details
- Coordinate with the clinic and telehealth specialists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments
- Handle any rescheduling or cancellations and communicate updates to all parties involved
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding appointments with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement scheduling procedures and protocols
- Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling and appointment data
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using scheduling software and web-based applications
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, patience, and exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and scheduling processes is a plus
- Ability to work remotely or in an office setting, with flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules and demands

Compensation and Benefits
