Job Summary

We're looking for a talented data entry and content writer to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a freelancer, you'll work independently to take our PDF data from existing books and place it into Google Sheets or Excel using AI tools. You'll also be responsible for minor content writing, research, fact-checking, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality. If you have a passion for writing, research, and data entry, and are comfortable working with AI tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Write minor content related to the outdoor industry

• Conduct research on industry-related data to enhance our existing content
• Fact-check and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with experts or our authors to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
• Use AI tools to rapidly populate data into spreadsheets and replicate data where necessary
• Edit and proofread final spreadsheets to ensure accuracy compared to the original PDF

Experience and Qualifications

* Experience in writing, creative writing, or journalism

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent research skills to produce high-quality content
• Familiarity with fact-checking processes and proofreading techniques
