What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
* Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
* Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about the insurance industry and become a licensed insurance associate
* High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload) and a reliable computer with strong navigation skills
* Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
* Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

* A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once you're licensed
