Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, as well as patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and resolving payment inquiries. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls from patients and members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and resolving issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient services needs, and resolving payment inquiries
  • Updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and resolving payment issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, members, and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient care and services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Patient Service Representative (CPSR)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of metrics and performance indicators
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and experiences
