Responsibilities
As a Virtual Surveyor and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Providing a complete list of services required, quantities ordered for each service to be provided, and photo documentation as specified in the survey and handoff checklists.
- Completing and submitting estimates or survey results utilizing Quotes-To-Go software, adhering to all paperwork requirements specified in the handoff checklists.
- Reviewing any literature or customer checklists as requested by the Booking Coordinator, attending and completing assigned training programs.
- Providing quotes from Quotes-To-Go or software applicable to the business line to the customer listing all ordered and optional services, reviewing literature, checklists, and other collateral material with customers to assure expectations are set that lead to customer satisfaction.
- Completing assigned activity reports, prioritizing and re-prioritizing as situations and needs change throughout the workday, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Qualifications
* In-home, visual surveying background in the COD - Household Goods (HHG industry) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive business development/sales experience.
- High School/GED minimum; Associates/Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly customer service oriented, and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday.
- Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, work under deadlines and specific time frames, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Detail oriented with strong presentation skills, excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
