Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our Fashion Place PINK store team. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and directing associates, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Customer Experience Manager to achieve sales targets, maintain visual standards, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling
- Lead and direct associates on the sales floor, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct associate observations and coaching to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions
- Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to: Floorset mapping and execution, Product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing
Essential Qualifications
* Passion for the arenaflex brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent merchandising skills and ability to review business reports and insights to drive results
- Self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
- Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making
- Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
