Job Description:

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in both Japanese and English. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with the information they need to navigate their benefits and claims. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in this role, as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers in both Japanese and English

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the information they need to navigate their benefits and claims
  • Use multiple systems to navigate customer information and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Native speaking Japanese and English as the second language
  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must complete employment testing prior to submission

Preferred Qualifications:

* Call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Medical background helpful

  • Contract-to-hire position, with the potential to convert to full-time after initial 6 months of contract.
  • 37.5 hours/week.
