Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests related to travel. You'll act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs, while utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds. You'll also monitor and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
