Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, acting as a travel consultant, and utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests

  • Act as a travel consultant by researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs
  • Utilize various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to clients

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and software, including CRM systems and travel booking platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends and changes in regulations
