Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless support and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while assisting clients with product information, troubleshooting, and account management

  • Prioritize efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, remote environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

What You'll Be Doing

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience with arenaflex.

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate

Skills and Background Needed

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to various communication styles and stay updated on company offerings
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms

Hours and Location

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
