About the Role:
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly. You'll build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction. You'll also conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement.

Hourly Rate:
$20 per hour
Hours:
30-40 hours per week, with weekend coverage availability strongly preferred
Period:
Immediate start until the end of August
