We're seeking experienced remote customer service, sales, and appointment setting professionals to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and setting appointments for our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service, sales, and appointment setting professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
  • Driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Setting appointments for our clients through targeted outreach and follow-up
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in telemarketing, sales, technical support, customer service, or project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (at least 22 wpm)
  • Ability to pass a background check (no felonies in the past 5 years)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • USB headset and a dedicated phone line (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
