Key Responsibilities
As a live chat and phone support representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email
- Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
- Participating in on-the-job training and engaging with opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Working with our customer support ticketing system and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Essential Qualifications

- Availability to work weekends if needed
