Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients and patients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to billing inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and ICD-10
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's medical billing services and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in medical billing customer support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in medical billing customer support or a related field

  • Certification in medical billing or a related field (e.g., CPC, CCS-P)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
