Job Summary

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our brand, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and update customer records
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with arenaflex's products or services
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
