What You Need to Succeed in this Role

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in providing support via live chats and emails
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or crypto
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

A Great Plus:

* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or Zendesk
