What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be expected to:
- Provide secure and timely support to customers, handling sensitive information with discretion and care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and customer happiness practices, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve customer issues and improve overall support quality
- Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing expert support and guidance to customers
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, applying analytical and research skills to find effective solutions
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Native French and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and find effective solutions
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and support quality
- A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have
While not required, experience with CRM systems and experience in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
