Your Role as Customer Contact Agent:

As a customer contact agent at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling email communication with customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Responding to inbound online chats, providing accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
• Participating in proactive outbound campaigns to engage with customers and promote our products and services
• Accurately updating and managing customer data in our CRM system to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

To Succeed in this Role, You Should Bring:

* Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues

• Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools to ensure seamless collaboration
• Customer contact experience in a call center or similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and evenings only, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our global customer base
• Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, with experience in using the platform to manage customer relationships and drive business growth
