What You'll Do

As a Native French Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients' customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meeting team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and trends
  • Working with sensitive customer information in a secure and confidential manner
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices and techniques
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicating effectively with developers, other departments, and stakeholders from various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Native French and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not required, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great asset in this role.
