Principal Customer Success Manager – Strategic Account Growth & Partnership Development
As a Principal Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the success of our most complex and strategic accounts. You will own the relationship across the entire customer journey, ensuring the customer's seamless transition onto the arenaflex platform and driving optimal outcomes for the customer within core products utilized. You will collaboratively build and execute a long-term growth plan both internally and with the customer. The right candidate leverages their strong business acumen in order to deeply understand their customers' business objectives and jointly build a long-term strategy with the customer. Success in this role requires an expert relationship builder who can align stakeholders at the highest levels of the customer organization and internally in order to execute on delivering desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following key activities and responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end customer relationship: Ensure seamless onboarding, optimal performance for the customer, and strategic alignment between arenaflex and the customer.
- Identify, establish, and build deep relationships: Build relationships with current and potential senior stakeholders within your accounts, including executive-level decision-makers.
- Plan and execute discovery, change management, and strategic alignment sessions: Collaborate with internal arenaflex teams and customer stakeholders to develop and execute long-term growth plans.
- Leverage knowledge of the arenaflex platform and industry trends: Develop deep understanding of the arenaflex platform and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and partnership development.
- Ensure swift resolution of account issues: Leverage resources from cross-functional teams to resolve account issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Embody arenaflex values and serve as a role model: Demonstrate arenaflex values and serve as a role model for other team members.
- Develop collateral and effectively convey the value of arenaflex partnerships: Develop collateral and effectively communicate the value of arenaflex partnerships to client executive teams.
- Understand customer pain points, initiatives, and business goals: Identify opportunities to partner with customers to achieve their business goals.
- Partner closely with Marketing to develop key stakeholders into advocates: Collaborate with Marketing to develop key stakeholders into advocates for arenaflex.
- Build relationships to help expand arenaflex's footprint in the organization: Identify opportunities to expand arenaflex's footprint in the organization and drive growth.
- Partner with the Product Management team to explore emerging use cases: Collaborate with the Product Management team to explore emerging use cases, including but not limited to, Returns Abuse prevention and Account Integrity.
- Engage and host executive on-sites at customer and partner events: Engage and host executive on-sites at customer and partner events to build relationships and drive growth.
Requirements for Position
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of success in senior roles in enterprise SaaS deployment and/or program management for large, complex, and strategic customers.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills, executive presence, and confidence in varying levels of customer situations.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
- Sales Acumen: Sales mindset and understanding of how to manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
- Program Management: Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Communication: Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication.
