Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. This may sometimes require de-escalating certain issues with customers in a professional manner.
