Job Summary
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to taxpayers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll enjoy finding solutions to complex problems, working collaboratively with colleagues, and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
Responsibilities
* Answer phones in a busy call-center environment, providing timely and positive communication to taxpayers
- Research and problem-solve to resolve complex taxpayer inquiries, using your critical thinking skills and knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Navigate and research between numerous accounts and software programs to provide accurate and efficient support
- Meet personal, company, and client production goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends
Schedule & Location
* Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- No weekends!
- On-site in our Bangor, PA office
- Once released from initial trainings (~4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Excellent attitude
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Willingness to learn a wealth of Pennsylvania tax information
- Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
