What You'll Do

As a Telechat/Phone Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including telechat, phone calls, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming telechat, phone calls, and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Achieving individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and resolution time

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
