Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting our patients' healthcare needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
- Providing welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights
- Demonstrating a passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience
- Collaborating with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Computer Experience:
Strong experience with data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
Communication:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adaptability:
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
