Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
