What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to their issues, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Utilize our proprietary technology and tools to provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You Bring to the Role
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
