About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service experience. Your duties will include:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed to meet customer needs
* Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously, investigating concerns, and routing them to the proper staff
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to special requirements and educating customers on our Membership benefits
* Matching service types with availability, location, and duration to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep schedules filled and maintain our membership base
* Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
* Excellent communication skills, with a passion for talking with people and making them happy
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate and provide accurate directions
* A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively and anticipate customer needs
