Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and healthcare providers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from members and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information about healthcare services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims processing
  • Assisting members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems, including referrals and authorizations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved to the member's satisfaction
  • Documenting all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
  • Adhering to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive member information

Requirements

To be successful as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated phone line

Schedule

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that suits your needs. Our standard working hours are between 7am and 9pm, with a minimum of 8 hours per shift. In-office training may be required, but this will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

* Day shift is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts.
