Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and alumni across various lines of business. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
- Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
- Utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries and follow-up for customer resolution
- Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
- Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content
- Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, client Statement of Work standards, and company guidelines and policies
- Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development
During your first two weeks of employment, you will participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. Our training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a 100% remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection. Multiple shifts are available, and you will be based remotely in one of the following states: FL, IL, IN, MO, SC, or VA. You will work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
