Join arenaflex's Remote US Team
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our remote US team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, supporting our patients and advocates via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, gathering and tracking feedback, and working with our team to improve our platform.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and advocates. You'll be responsible for:
- Learning the arenaflex systems, tools, and technology to provide a great support experience
- Using the resources we supply to provide world-class customer service to our clients and advocates
- Gathering and tracking feedback to work towards the constant improvement of our customer's experience and our platform
- Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, helping them feel heard and understood
- Resolving clients and advocate inquiries to their complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat
- Taking action based on the feedback you receive by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes

- You're a natural troubleshooter, able to walk someone through basic issues with their browser or phone

- You enjoy and embrace interacting with people from all walks of life in order to ensure they're getting the healthcare they deserve

- You're flexible and willing to jump in and assist with anything when called upon
- If you see something that's not quite right or that is causing friction, you're not shy about reporting the trouble and help suggest a solution
- You're a team player with a "get it done" mentality, ready to contribute meaningfully to your team's success
