Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences
  • Recommending and enrolling customers in relevant programs, services, and products, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in customer service platforms and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Certification in customer service, enrollment, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Enrollment Specialist)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry
