Your Role in arenaflex
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference, and we're committed to supporting your career growth and development every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Utilize product knowledge to consult with customers and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
