Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to ensure that customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also preferred.
