Your Role

As a B2B Sales & Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our business customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and website chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries
  • Help customers check availability, lead times, and specifications for our products, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for B2B clients, ensuring seamless order processing from start to finish
  • Enter and manage orders in our CRM/ERP systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient order fulfillment
  • Track deliveries and keep customers informed of order status, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Handle returns, shipping issues, and post-sale support, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and resolving problems promptly
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery

### Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written, business style) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with B2B customers (preferably in IT or e-commerce), with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-lasting relationships
  • Confident user of Google Workspace, CRM tools, and other software applications relevant to the role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
