Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Providing creative solutions to customer problems
• Assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to Join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn a higher income based on your availability.
